Description:

If a ticket in this bug tracker is set to “Feedback” it is
supposed to be automatically changend to “No Feedback” after some
time (IIRC, it has been two weeks). However, this appears to be
broken for some reason, see
<https://bugs.php.net/search.php?cmd=display&order_by=ts2&direction=DESC&limit=30&status=Feedback&reorder_by=ts2>.
