Hi,

In /ext/mysqlnd/mysqlnd.c:

1593        DBG_RETURN(mysqlnd_cset_escape_slashes(mysqlnd_find_charset_name("latin1"), newstr, escapestr, escapestr_len));

It is possible for mysqlnd_find_charset_name() to return NULL, which will cause a null poniter dereference.

Would be triggerable if mysqlnd_charsets->[..] did not contain "latin1".

The mysqlnd_memcache package have not had a release since 2013 and no development since, its safe to say that this package is no longer maintained, if development picks back up then this report should be re-opened
