AddType text/plain .sma

Test script:

create index.php.sma file with :

<?php
echo `printenv`;

Expected result:
----------------
<?php
echo `printenv`;

Actual result:
--------------
PATH=/usr/bin:/bin:/usr/sbin:/sbin
PWD=/Library/WebServer/Documents/test
SHLVL=1
_=/usr/bin/printenv
