Description:

v5.1.6 windows installer (msi,exe) 
does not exist on the downloads.php page.
there is only 2 files for win32 and that is 
binary zip files not installers.

further down the page there is a zip file for v4
and also an MSI installer for v4.
am i missing something here.. your help document
states there is a installer for v5 where?

Please do not submit the same bug more than once. An existing
bug report already describes this very problem. Even if you feel
that your issue is somewhat different, the resolution is likely
to be the same.
