However, cyrus-imap 2.2.10 is installed.

Solved, cyrus-imap conflicts with imap-ssl

Not a bug in PHP, so we mark it bogus.

The configure script should say:

cyrus-imap conflicts with imap and imap-ssl

instead of

cyrus-imap 2.0.8 or newer required

Please do not submit the same bug more than once. An existing
bug report already describes this very problem. Even if you feel
that your issue is somewhat different, the resolution is likely
to be the same.
