Description:

1)I have installed PHP from php-5.0.1-Win32.zip into the folder "C:\Tools\ScriptTools\PHP"
2)PHP.ini is in that same folder (as witnessed by PHPinfo)
Changes in PHP.ini:
extension_dir = "C:\Tools\ScriptTools\PHP\ext"
extension=php_mysqli.dll
3)php_mysqli.dll is in "C:\Tools\ScriptTools\PHP\ext"
4)PHPinfo says: extension_dir=C:\Tools\ScriptTools\PHP\ext
5)Nevertheless I get the message (one line):
PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library
'C:\Tools\ScriptTools\PHP\ext\php_mysqli.dll' -
The specified module could not be found
