if call this function whit same name of file that

open for  make v\change its not save the change 

Expected result:
----------------
$dom = domxml_open_file("xmldata.xml")
$root = $dom->document_element();

....do chane to xml file


 $dom->dump_file("xmldata.xml",false,2) ;

dump_file works fine. Search the general list for reasons why it may not be working for you under windows.
