Description:
------------
Same as http://bugs.php.net/bug.php?id=18498 but with PHP 4.3.3

My php.ini contain this line:
.
.
error_reporting  =  E_ALL & ~E_NOTICE
.
.

With this simple script the error_reporting parameter is set to 2039, wich is ok.

<? phpinfo(); ?>

Using the same php.ini, with this other script the error_reporting parameter is *still* set to 2039. Shouldn't be set to 1 ?

<? error_reporting(E_ERROR); phpinfo(); ?>

It's showing the INI setting, that's totally different than a runtime setting.

First is the local value, second is master.

error_reporting => 1 => 2047

(local being the runtime value..)

Oh. Ok my bad. So the local is the runtime and master is the value from the ini. Right ?
