3.0b5 works fine under Website Pro 2.1.4

3.0b6 however, with the recent PATH_* modifications fails
with a 'No input file specified.' message.

It appears Website is not setting either the PATH_INFO
or PATH_TRANSLATED variables. I've been unable to get
them to set. I'm not sure if their actions have broken
CGI standards. Regardless, I still would like to have my
php.exe binary run in this situation, similar to the way
3.0b5 operated.
I've spent much of today searching various lists for some
hints on this. I'm quite perplexed. Even their script
at 'http://website.ora.com/cgi-bin/args.pl' does not set
them.
