I reported a bug (17467) and was not able to edit the submission. The error kept saying "You are not allowed to change the bug to this state". I know I had the correct password, becuase I also got the site to email it to me.

The site also reports this error even if I dont change the state and leave it as "open".

Strangely enough, the only options are "Open" and "Closed" before the error occurs. After the error message appears you suddenly have "Open", "Closed", "Duplicate" & "Bogus" available. All of these return the same error as well.

Not to mention its now asking me for a valid PHP version and I'm reporting a problem with the website. How am I supposed to know what version the site is using?
