MSIE - code page: "central europe windows" (1250)
MSSQL - cp 1250
PHP MSSQL native driver gives me data in code page "central europe DOS". The same problem is with inserting data.
ODBC driver gives me correct data.

Launch MS SQL Server Client Network utility, go to DB Library options tab and uncheck "Automatic ANSI to OEM conversion"
