http://www.php.net/FAQ.php3 question 2.3 reports
a URL of http://www.tcx.se/ for the MySQL library.
This would be better as http://www.mysql.com/ now.
Instances of the former have been changed to the
latter in MySQL's own documentation.  Thanks.
