I can not add any DTD to the XML document. There is no way
for it, altough I think it would be easy to add.
For me it is a problem, as I must create a valid document,
not just a well-formed one.

Thank you for your bug report. This issue has already been fixed
in the latest released version of PHP, which you can download at
