Doing a fresh checkout from CVS and then running 'buildconf', 'configure' and trying to compile results in this:

Making all in Zend
make[1]: Entering directory `/export/projects/compile/php4/Zend'
make[1]: *** No rule to make target `@MAINTAINER_MODE_TRUE@', needed by `Makefile.in'.  Stop.
