In your old Home Page There were every commands of PHP for ex. PG_EXEC, IF... But I din't found it in your new Home Page, Can you indicate me where it is or send me an E-mail within Each Command of PHP?

...then a Bug Database probably isn't the place for it. :)
Try http://www.php.net/support.php for information on joining one
of the many mailing lists for help.

Anyway, go to http://www.php.net and type 'pg_exec' (without
the quotes) into the search line at the top of the page. Hit Enter,
and it'll take you straight to the function reference entry for
pg_exec(). Works for every function in the manual.
