Cannot find or read php.ini file.

PWS4.0 + Winnt SP5 + PHP4.0.5dev
PHP Location : c:\php
php.ini location : c:\winnt
checked for duplicate php.ini files, does not exists.

try putting php.ini in c:\php\ the output from phpinfo() tells you where the php.ini is looked for.
