I have been trying to access FAQ from your 'suuport' 
document, but I am getting only a blank screen. Since 
I didn't find any other mailing address, I am sending
this message here. Hope someone fixes it, so that we 
can have access.

This is a browser problem or perhaps the link to the server
died while transfering.  Try to reload the page or
