to make a way to change the behaviour of ob_gzhandler - i.e. not to compress if a picture is being sent (in the headers exists Content-type: image/xxx), because Netscape doesn't display such pictures

Thank you for your bug report. This issue has already been fixed
in the latest released version of PHP, which you can download at 
http://www.php.net/downloads.php

This has been fixed for soem time now.
