When one tries to configure php with openldap 2.x, one
may need -lsasl to link (depending upon how it was built).

Work around:
	LIBS="-lsasl" ./configure ...

After rebuilding from scratch, I can't reproduce this
problem.  It must have been caused by some strange
combination of options I used with "configure".
