The english version available from the Documentation page. URL below:

I think it's some problem with the file not being added as a binary file to the CVS. This my fault then... I'll checkit it out as soon as I have time.

We could not reproduce it on Win95/98/NT and Win2K. I think you either didn't download the whole manual, or your setup is broken.
