# ./configure  --with-mysql=/usr/local --enable-force-cgi-redirect
# make
# ./php -v
Floating exception(core dumped)

Had no problems in configure and make.  No problems using 4.0.3pl1, 4.0.2, and php-4.0b4pl1

This should be fixed in CVS. Try latest snapshot from:
http://snaps.php.net/ and reopen this bug report if
problem still exists.
