After compiling in PHP 4.0.4, Apache 1.3.14 refuses to 
start, giving a "Floating point exception" error

Here is my apache configure line.
./configure --with-layout=IW --target=httpd-php4 --
activate-module=src/modules/php4/libphp4.a

4.0.3 PL 1 works fine.

This should be fixed in CVS. Try latest snapshot from:
http://snaps.php.net/ and reopen this bug report if
problem still exists.
