In PHP4.0.3 after you use OCILogOff($Conn)to free the
connection with Orale8 database,you can still use 
$Conn to visit the database.But in PHP3 OCILogOff() 
can free the handle.

I don't know why this report was marked as duplicate.
Please check if this problem exists with PHP 4.0.5
and reopen if it does.
