Description:
------------
The Advanced search page at https://bugs.php.net/search.php starts with a "Find bugs with all or any of the words" text field to enter search terms. Depending on the any/all/raw radio boxes under, search may yield tickets which contain any of the words, or only those which contain all.

The How to Search page at https://bugs.php.net/search-howto.php explains the effect of these radio boxes in its Advanced Search section. The explanation for the "Find bugs feature" is:

The main search text box for your search terms with each term being separated by a space. The searched database fields are: author email, subject, and description. Minimum term length is three characters. There are three types of searches:

all : (default) All search terms are required.
any : One or more (any) of the search terms may be present.
raw : Allows full use of MySQL's FULLTEXT boolean search operators.

But in reality, the default is "any", not "all".

This only reports a discrepancy between behavior and documentation. I do not claim the documentation is to blame. I personally find it curious that the default is merely "any". I would consider changing the default behavior as a valid solution to this issue.

This is not a behavioral bug.
