PHP4.0.3pl1 will not build with mod_dav support enabled.

Configured with these options:

./configure --with-apxs=/opt/sbin/apxs --with-mysql=/opt --enable-trans-sid --prefix=/opt --with-config-file-path=/opt/etc --disable-debug --with-mod-dav=/opt/src/mod_dav-1.0.2-1.3.6

I have attempted to point with-mod-dav to both /opt/libexec, and the directory where the code resides.

The dav extension which is included in PHP 4.0.3pl1 is not working at
all and it has been removed from CVS and won't be included in future
versions of PHP (not until it has been rewritten completely).
