Can use cert raw string as CURLOPT_SSLCERT ?
or other HTTP client without curl can do this ?

Test script:

curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_URL, 'https://..need client certificate site');
curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_SSLCERT, 'must be a physics file location');

Looks like libcurl does support it since 7.71.
