Version 8.0 migration guide says "The default error handling mode has been changed from "silent" to "exceptions". See [Errors and error handling](https://www.php.net/manual/en/pdo.error-handling.php) for details."

When clicking the provided link, the page says "PDO::ERRMODE_SILENT This is the default mode."
