I am receiving the following during make
DS_LIBRARY_ID undeclared
(Each undeclared identifier is repported only once 
for each function is appears in.)
DS_LIC_QUICK_PRINT undeclared
make: *** [functions/snmp.o] error 1

The version of ucd-snmp I have installed is 4.1.1-2 is this correct or do I need a newer one?

1. What is the configure line you used to configure PHP?
2. Do you have ucd-snmp-devel-4.1.1-2.rpm installed ??

Wrong version (PHP 3). Using PHP 4.0.3pl1 fixed this.
