ZipArchive::isCompressionMethodSupported is documented (https://www.php.net/manual/en/ziparchive.iscompressionmethoddupported.php) as being available since PHP 8.0.0 when built with libzip >= 1.7.0, but isn't in the Windows binaries.

This is with the 64 bit NTS build from: https://windows.php.net/downloads/releases/php-8.0.3-nts-Win32-vs16-x64.zip.

Result of "php --ri zip":

 Zip => enabled
 Zip version => 1.19.2
 Libzip version => 1.7.1

Test script:
---------------
var_dump(method_exists('ZipArchive', 'isCompressionMethodSupported'));

Expected result:
----------------
bool(true)

Actual result:
--------------
bool(false)
