pdo prepare 无法捕获异常 导致php-fpm:
WARNING: child 3370 exited on signal 11 (SIGSEGV - core dumped) after 878.156612 seconds from start
NOTICE: child 3616 started

所以 nginx error:recv() failed (104: Connection reset by peer) while reading response header from upstream
