The normal file upload process is not working
with PHP403pl1 when using it as a CGI app.

print_r($userfile);

prints out the file info, but the size
is zero, and the temp filename is null.

It Works For Me(tm) with latest snapshot from CVS. try 4.0.4pl1, and if it's the same, reopen this report.
