2 things, 
first off, the existence of OPENSSL_ZERO_PADDING is not even mentioned in the "openssl predefined constants" documentation at https://www.php.net/manual/en/openssl.constants.php 
, it definitely should be.

second, it appears that the actual functionality of OPENSSL_ZERO_PADDING is also undocumented (unless you search through comments, at least)
