In Example 1 there's a comment that says:

   // Report all PHP errors (see changelog)

Yet there is no such thing as a changelog in the page. If this refers to a changelog that can be found somewhere else, a link should be provided.

BTW I think the changelog used to be there, I don't know why it was removed.

The information that is being referenced seems to be the second note here:
https://www.php.net/manual/en/errorfunc.configuration.php#ini.error-reporting

though I seem to remember a nice actual changelog (i.e. a table with versions and what was changed in each version, rather than a messy paragraph)
