Description:
------------
---
From manual page: https://php.net/timezones.others
---

Sorry for interrupting..
I just want to point out to you, that what you have on the timezones-page is a GIANT mess from my point of view!

You make all those standard ('other') timezones available, and I thank you for doing so. BUT you have a GIANT warning at top of the page, basically saying "don't touch!" - without giving a proper reason for not touching it (backwards compatibility.. but I WANT to use THOSE ones and not those summer-/wintertime dependent ones you provide for example via https://www.php.net/manual/de/timezones.php
I don't see any reason, why I should not use them, and why I should switch to summer-/wintertime-based ones.

I hope you just -remove the warnings- and decide to KEEP the 'other' timezones, because people might acutally HAVE TO use them.

SECOND: concerning the second warning on the page
GMT+x => GMT-x
please fix this..

Ah, that appears to be mostly a translation issue; the English
page says:

| Please do not use any of the timezones listed here (besides
| UTC), they only exist for backward compatible reasons, and may
| expose erroneous behavior.

The last clause is missing from the German documentation.

Fix what?
