Description:
------------
<?php
class Test {
    public function __construct(
        <<A(B)>>
        public $param
    ) {}
}

We try to compile attribute A(B) twice. However, constant expression compilation is a destructive process, so this asserts. We should probably only compile once and then copy them from the param to the property.

This is oss-fuzz #24208.
