Shared build (<option>=shared) is not available for the following configuration switches:

--with-mod-dav
--with-dom
--with-ttf

It would be helpful for standard builds for various servers and configurations if the above could be build as a dso.

domxml extension can be build as shared nowadays.
(since 4.0.4)

dav extension doesn't exist and ttf is part of GD.
