The downloadable documentation page at https://www.php.net/download-docs.php lists the chm file as last updated on 23 Aug 2019, while the HTML format is updated as of today. Is there a problem building the chm format? I always preferred the chm format, since it's more usable than the other formats.

Chm files have not been updated from August 2019 because Windows Defender misdetect some phpdoc xml files as Trojan and break them.

I fixed Windows defender setting and rebuilt phpdoc build environment. Now we can download updated chm files next week.

If you are in a hurry, you can download chm files from the following urls.
(You can replace locale "en" with your preferred one)
