Under Parameters > output_callback > phase, there should at least be a link to
https://www.php.net/manual/en/outcontrol.constants.php
because there is no list of every relevant constant, such as PHP_OUTPUT_HANDLER_FINAL. Only mentioning "PHP_OUTPUT_HANDLER_* constants" forces every reader to go hunting for them.
