Test seems to only fail on this windows operating system for x86 TS build with opcache enabled. 

Failed Test: ext\opcache\tests\preload_006.phpt

Expected result:

Actual result:

Fatal error: Declaration of B::foo($bar) must be compatible with A::foo() in %spreload_inheritance_error.inc on line 8

Re-downloaded 7.4.0RC4 build and tested again. Test passes now.
