OSS Fuzz[1] automatically fuzz tests PHP extensions that have a defined hook in the fuzzer sapi[2]. Stas requested[3] phar be included, and I agree.

Scope of this request is to implement the fuzzer-phar.c hook, along with any necessary additions to the corpus.
