I get this error in my Wordpress 5.2 Install with PHP 7.2

PHP Fatal error:  require(): Failed opening required 'ABSPATHwp-includes/load.php' (include_path='.:/opt/alt/php72/usr/share/pear') in /home/jarviss122/public_html/wp-settings.php on line 21

If you see the letters "ABSPATH" then you aren't running WP correctly, or you haven't installed it correctly.
