Install site locally with the dev fixtures imported.

there is a half of the page missing. On prod there is 500 error.

I can confirm this (seems to broken for any non-existing catpid),
but I have not been able to reproduce locally (under PHP 7.3 there
is only a harmless notice; under PHP 7.4 there are loads of deprecation
notices, but no fatal error).
