If you set session.sid_bits_per_character to an invalid value, the warning message references 'session.sid_bits' instead of session.sid_bits_per_character. An invalid value is anything except 4, 5, or 6.

Expected result:

PHP Warning: PHP Startup: session.configuration 'session.sid_bits_per_character' must be between 4 and 6. in Unknown on line 0

Actual result:
