It seams that the mirror mailinglist has no admin that can or like to add new mirrors since a long time.

Is it possible that the PHP Project need some admins?

If yes, how can I apply?

It's being monitored, but right now we're looking at how to proceed with the mirror program. Stay tuned!

Thank you for reporting this. This has now been basically solved by a migration to the new server so the mirrors aren't used anymore like this. Thank you and have a nice day forward.
