Description:
------------
Now, ./buildconf output some error messages to stdout. But, error messages should be written on stderr.

Test script:
---------------
$ which autoconf
/usr/local/bin/autoconf
$ env PATH=/bin:/usr/bin ./buildconf --force >/dev/null

Expected result:
----------------
buildconf: autoconf not found.
           You need autoconf version 2.68 or newer installed
           to build PHP from Git.
make: *** [buildmk.stamp] Error 1

Actual result:
--------------
make: *** [buildmk.stamp] Error 1
