The logs on http://doc.php.net/logs/ start after SVN updates, so it's hard do diagnose manual build problems related failed SVN sync.

I suggest to include the SVN step in these logs (or in a separated file) to inspect this and other situations that may arise.

Plus, the output of:
svn status doc-base/
svn status en/
svn status $LANG/

Besides that the docs are now being built from Git, this makes
sense to me.
