Today is 2018-06-21, bug I open this url(http://php.net/), 
It shows `(15 Oct 2015) PHP 7.0.0 RC 5 Released`! The contents return back to In 2015;

I opent this url(http://www.php.net/), It's OK!
I run the ping cmd (ping php.net), It show like this ·Ping php.net [208.43.231.9]· 

What's the problem for(php.net)?

I am not use mirror site,
I just open the url : http://php.net.
(No `www.`).

The load balancer simply does not respond to ICMP echo packets. This has nothing to do with reaching php.net over HTTP.

Closing this as not a bug.

There are problems with some mirrors. There aren't too many so I tried them all:
- News out of date: au1, ca1, ca3, hk2, my1, pl1, es1, tr2, uk3
- Not loading for me: cz1, pa1, tw2

Looks like the rsync server might be having some issues here. All the mirror checks have failed on master. I'll see if I ping someone with access to give it a kick.
