I receive no password-resetting link when attempting to reset the password for user "zrhoffman" at https://wiki.php.net/start?do=resendpwd .

I think this is a user-specific problem, as resetting the password for a throwaway account does work.

I do not think this is a duplicate of #76159, because it sounds like they do receive an email, and the error they mention is from https://wiki.php.net/?do=profile , which is irrelevant.
