This version (or some other later than 2.2.3) deprecated
XML_GLOBAL_NAMESPACE, removing the reference from
php_domxml.c made it compile again.
Upgrade encouraged, since 2.2.3/php seems to have a
bug when accessing a element's text, that thing went away
with 2.2.7.
