I have enabled the openssl.so in php.ini. My PHP version is 7.2.0, and Openssl version is 1.1.1. But when I use the command 'php -v',there's a error

"php: symbol lookup error: /usr/local/php7/lib/php/extensions/no-debug-non-zts-20170718/openssl.so: undefined symbol: OPENSSL_init_ssl".

How can I solve the problem?

Looks like PHP was built against OpenSSL < 1.1, not OpenSSL 1.1.1 as claimed. Please attach the output of the configure command used to build PHP.
